Our Budget Plan lets you spread out your heating bills over ten equal monthly payments.
To Enroll in Noble Fuels Budget Plan, we will require the following from you:
ACH payment (debited from your checking account) with a backup credit card on file, or you can
place a Credit card valid on the Visa or Mastercard network on file. Please note if you use a credit
card for your payment the estimated price per gallon will be 6 cents higher to cover the cost of
credit card.
Customer must have already signed up for and be approved of Automatic Delivery on our website
at Noblefuelsinc.com
The total cost of your budget will be spread over 10 months, beginning in May 2025 and ending in
March of 2026. If you are already a Noble fuels customer your monthly payments will be
calculated based on your average gallons delivered over the past three years and the estimated
average Retail price for next year. If you are a first time Noble fuels customer, you will need to
provide us with your estimated gallons over the last three years and information on any upgrades
you have made to your system over the last three years. While signing up on our website. In the

You will receive a payment plan offer after signing up for the Noble fuels oil Budget Program.
Billing statements will be sent via email, with all monthly payments and deliveries each month, for
your convenience you select your payment date for your monthly withdrawal.
The choices you will have are the: 7 th 15 th 25 th and the 30 th of each month.
Each monthly payment applies a credit to your account equal to the monthly payment cost.
When delivery is made the balance on your account will be reduced by the gallons purchased
based on that day’s current fuel price. The goal of the Budget Program is for you to have a $0
balance at the end of the 10-month plan. This all depends on current market fuel prices.
There may be times because on market conditions that you may have either credit or balance due
on your account after the ten monthly payments have been paid.
- If a balance is due at the end of the budget plan, we will bill you for the balance in equal parts
over this two-month period (May and June) to catch up on the account.
- If there is credit on the account, the balance may be added to next year’s budget plan to
reduce monthly payments, or you can apply the balance to have service work done such as a
burner cleaning or upgrading to your system.
- If for some reason the money cannot be debited from your account in a given month you will
receive an email from Noble fuels. Starting with there was a decline of payment will be given
until the next delivery to make up the deficit.
- If no payment is received before the next delivery. If there is a balance in your Noble fuels
account, you will receive fuel equal to the amount left in your account at that time. A negative
balance results in no delivery for that month. A second missed payment will terminate your
account. Any outstanding amounts due to Noble Fuels will be subject to collection efforts.
Interest charges of 18% will be applied until the balance is paid in full.
- Customer will be responsible for any legal fees incurred by Noble fuels while trying to collect
the unpaid balance on the account.
- Budget plans are not an extension of credit and are not a Pre-buy program. Customers must
pay up front in order to receive services. If the account is not replenished on a monthly basis,
the account will be terminated by Noble fuels after the second no payment of reoccurring
payment cycle.
- If you are an ACH checking account customer and there are insufficient fund in your account,
the credit card maintained on file will be the second attempt at making your payment. If the
attempt is unsuccessful, you will be contacted by email from our office stating your recurring
payment was unsuccessful. If your payment is not received. Any remaining balance in your
account will be delivered on your next regular delivery and if a second payment and your
unpaid balance has not been received your Budget account with Noble fuels will be
terminated.
- If you sell or move from your current location, please notify us within 10 days of the sale so
we may deliver the used balance in your account.
- If you have a deficit in your account, it will be expected to be paid to us prior to the sale.

- Noble fuels is using this program as a budget plan only. It is not meant to be a fixed priced
plan or a pre buy plan. If the price of fuel goes up due to market conditions or any issue
affecting oil prices. The customer will be expected to pay the delivery price. You will receive a
statement each month of your account. You can at anytime call our office and raise the
amount you are being debited monthly. Noble fuels will not allow a variance of more than
$500.00 Plus or minus on your account. Id this occurs your budget will be increased or
decrease accordingly to try to achieve a zero balance at the end of the 10-month cycle. Each
account will be reviewed monthly for this.

Ackowledgement
I understand by signing on to a Budget Plan it lets the signer spread out thier heating bills over ten
equal monthly payments. I also understand I will be paying market price for all heating oil products
delivered to my home.
If I incur a balance at the end of the season Noble fuels will debit that amount after the plan has
end in two installments during June and July of 2026.
I also understand this is a budget plan
only and is not a
Pre-Buy or fixed prices program.
Money will be debited from my account by either my ACH account or my Credit card as I direct on
My credit card authorization form.
If I fail to make a payment, I understand that my account could be terminated if there are no
remaining funds in my account or after two months of non-payment during the 10-month
agreement period.
I also understand that of this happens my account will be terminated, and I will be converted back
to a Cash on delivery account.
